This is the hub for forming career mentoring relationships at Weyerhaeuser. In this portal, you'll be able to connect with other professionals across the company to help you learn and develop your skills, and share your skills with others.
The first step is to set up your personal profile, where you can indicate that you'd like to be a mentor, mentee, or both. Your profile is how others will learn about what you have to offer as a mentor and/or what you're looking for as a mentee, so please take time to be thoughtful as you fill it out.
Once your profile is complete, as a mentee you'll be able to search for mentoring matches, reach out to them through the platform, create mentoring goals, and track progress throughout the duration of the relationship. If you're signing up as a mentor only, you simply need to fill out your profile and wait for potential mentees to contact you (you'll also be alerted via email).
